Chesapeake, VAPosted Feb 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with a recorded interview where the questions weren’t particularly challenging.

They were mostly aimed at getting to know my background and qualifications rather than testing hard technical skills.

After that, I moved to an in-person interview that included a presentation, a discussion, and lunch. The presentation came with guidelines, and the interview afterward was described as non-technical and more like a conversation about fit.

Overall it felt straightforward and efficient, and the in-person part gave me a chance to show more of my personality than the recording did. I didn’t get an offer in the experience I went through.
