My interview process felt surprisingly relaxed and smooth.

Scheduling wasn’t difficult, and it genuinely made me comfortable enough to show my best self. I didn’t feel rushed or put on the spot.

The tone made a big difference for me. Even though the interview was still an interview, it came across like there was room to explain myself clearly and not just give short, robotic answers.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the main thing I remember is how easy it was to stay calm and communicate naturally throughout.
