I came in through an employee referral, and the process felt smooth until the very end.

I had a professional meet-and-greet first, and then an onsite interview got scheduled for a few weeks later.

The onsite part went well, and the overall tone during the interviews was positive. What surprised me was what happened after—communication went completely quiet. I sent a few follow-up emails, but it didn’t lead anywhere, and that stretch after a good interview felt like a real waste of time, especially for someone expecting a clear next step.
