My journey started with a live interview that leaned heavily on breadth.

I ended up doing a long session that ran about an hour, with one technical round and one HR round. The topics were framed around civil engineering across multiple areas, and the technical part didn’t feel like a quick screening—it felt like they wanted to see whether I could cover the subject matter consistently.

The HR portion was much easier by comparison. It stayed conversational and lighter, and it read more like confirming alignment and expectations than challenging me. Altogether the difficulty landed as average, but the length made it mentally draining in a way I didn’t expect.
