The interview was incredibly short and focused almost entirely on fit.

One conversation lasted around fifteen minutes, and the questions were basically about how I worked with others—things like teamwork and general working style. They did a good job of making me comfortable, and the whole thing felt like they were quickly checking alignment.

I also remember a version of the process where I arrived on campus, waited in a lobby, and was brought into a private office. Two managers took turns asking me about my history and interest in the position, and the rhythm was similar: straightforward, personal, and centered on whether I matched what they were looking for.
