Boston, MAPosted May 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a temp agency and also applied individually, and then HR called me back to say one team wanted to interview me.

They liked me, but they ultimately moved forward with a different candidate, and still vouched for me so I ended up meeting with another team instead.

That interview turned into a multi-team situation: after meeting Team B, I was also interviewed by reps from a third team I didn’t expect to be involved. By the end of it, I ended up working with Team C. The process was clearly about fit across teams, even when the original hiring path changed.
