Brown Brothers Harriman Accountant interview experience

I had a phone call screening, followed by a Zoom conversation with multiple team members. Across that single interview stage, the questions stayed mostly behavioral and light on hard finance concepts, and I didn’t get hit with real technical problems.

The process felt easy and comfortable. One interviewer was especially direct about what the role would require and how expectations worked, which helped reduce uncertainty. I ended up not getting an offer, but the overall experience stayed low-pressure, and that made it easier to show how I’d collaborate day to day.
