Boston, MAPosted Jul 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied through a staffing agency and ended up being brought in by two managers from the Loans team.

The interview started with my background and how it fit the job, then moved into day-to-day responsibilities like booking trades and cash management.

We also talked about the company more generally, including its history and what the office culture was like. The tone was friendly, and it was clear they were looking for someone who would be a serious team player. Afterward, I waited about three weeks to receive a decision through the agency, and once it was in motion I went through steps like a drug test, fingerprinting, and getting a building ID photo.
