Irvine, CAPosted Feb 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process focused heavily on resume fundamentals and RF basics.

The conversation centered on topics like S-parameters, amplifier design, transmission lines, and PCB-related concepts. I could tell they wanted to verify I actually understood the building blocks, not just buzzwords.

What stood out was the structure: I was interviewed by five people, each for about 45 minutes. Despite the packed schedule, the questions didn’t feel like brainteasers. They were all the kind of questions where the right approach was to answer clearly with examples, and when I did, it seemed to land well.

Difficulty-wise, it was marked as challenging, but the tone felt fair
