My interview felt light-hearted and personal.

I started with lots of questions aimed at understanding me as a person, followed by a few technical questions and then a coding question.

The coding was done on a whiteboard, and the interviewers were genuinely nice. That made the process less nerve-wracking than I expected it would be.

I received an offer. I remember leaving with the sense that the panel balanced friendliness with real evaluation, and it didn’t feel like they were trying to intimidate me.
