Broadcom Software Engineer interview experience

Each team member had a copy of my resume, and I sat for a 30-minute interview with each person. They focused on questions pulled directly from what I had written, so the conversation depended heavily on how well I could explain my experience.

There weren’t many surprises in terms of format. It was a straightforward loop: I’d talk about my background, then answer questions that dug into specific parts of my work.

I received an offer. Looking back, the reflection I have is that being prepared to defend details in my own resume mattered more than having memorized “standard” answers.
