My experience with Broadcom’s hiring process felt very structured and competitive, and that’s what made it memorable.

I went through a thorough sequence of evaluations, where the intent seemed to be to measure me against a high bar even though I didn’t have prior IT experience.

The difficulty showed up during the technical parts: questions were not just about getting to an answer, but about how I explained my thinking. I tried to communicate clearly, including when I solved a LeetCode-style problem correctly, yet I still felt the interviewers were quick to dismiss me over an edge case. The tone of that interaction was discouraging, because it didn’t feel like my reasoning was being assessed
