Fort Collins, COPosted Feb 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I initially had a pre-screen for a different job at Broadcom, but that role got cut due to budgets.

After that, they brought me in for an Equipment Engineer position.

The interview was unusual: I had to do a presentation for 20–30 minutes in front of about 10–15 employees. Then I went through four one-hour one-on-ones, with an additional hour-long lunch that included multiple employees.

It was clearly a heavier format than typical screens, and it felt demanding to present to that many people while also handling repeated meetings.

I didn’t get an offer. The process was intense, and the amount of time and different settings made it feel like more than just a single technical test.
