I received an email to do a phone interview for about half an hour, and later that same day they scheduled my onsite for 10AM to 5PM.

The onsite included lunch at the company, so the day felt long and continuous.

At the onsite, I met the hiring manager, five engineers, and two managers. The format made it clear they wanted to evaluate me across multiple perspectives, not just one technical conversation.

I received an offer. What surprised me was how packed the schedule was—despite that, I felt like I managed to come across clearly throughout the day.
