My process started with an aptitude test worth 30 marks.

Once I cracked that, I was moved into a group discussion, and the topic I got was the business model of Jio. The flow continued from there: after the group discussion, a technical interview followed, and then there was an HR interview at the end.

The overall structure felt like a classic funnel—screening first, then collaboration in GD, then technical depth, and finally HR. I didn’t get an offer, and the journey mostly stood out to me as organized in sequence, even though I never got the final step to convert into an offer.
