Bucharest, BucurestiPosted Aug 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

They scheduled my interview and then canceled it the same day, which immediately made the whole process feel shaky.

The communication was that they’d already chosen a candidate, but the timing didn’t add up to me—the interview was set for the evening and then canceled around midnight.

It left me frustrated because the cancellation wasted time, and the way it was handled felt more like creating a backup plan than genuinely finalizing a decision.

I never made it through to an actual interview experience with an offer. The biggest takeaway for me was just how abrupt and inconsistent the scheduling felt.
