After HR contacted me, I went straight into the first technical interview pretty quickly.

The call was online, and they asked me to turn on my webcam—something I had to do during the session.

What was a little odd was that the other people on the call didn’t turn on theirs, even though I was expected to. The technical interview itself was in that same medium, and the overall experience landed as average in difficulty.

Even after doing the first technical round, I didn’t get an offer. The lack of parity on the webcam expectation is what I remember most, because it made the setup feel slightly uncomfortable and unprofessional.
