I applied online and was contacted within a few days to come in for an interview.

The day split into two halves: first a standard personality-focused interview and then a small technical interview.

What made it easier to handle was the tone. The manager and a peer were friendly and patient, which kept the stress level low even when the second half turned technical. Overall, the structure felt familiar but comfortable, and it didn’t feel like I was being tested in a gotcha way.
