My first interview was a short technical conversation followed by a behavioral interview.

Communication felt smooth throughout, which made the whole day less stressful than I expected.

There were three people in the room with me, and they were all kind. The technical portion was brief—more of a check than a deep dive—and then we shifted into typical behavioral prompts afterward.

What stuck with me most was the overall friendliness and how straightforward the interaction felt. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the experience didn’t feel intimidating or overly formal.
