San Francisco, CAPosted Jul 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I kicked things off with a recruiter conversation, which felt pretty straightforward and low-pressure.

After that, I moved into a second stage with an SDR manager. The whole process had a “normal” rhythm to it—the recruiter was friendly, and I didn’t feel put on the spot.

As things progressed, I ended up in a panel-style interview that brought together multiple roles: an SDR, an AE, an SDR manager, and a hiring manager. The questions came across as considerate, and when I had questions of my own, they answered them directly. Overall, the journey felt smooth and conversational, and I never got the sense that I was dealing with chaos or miscommunication.
