My case interviews ran across both rounds, and I could feel the expectation to be creative while staying systematic.

The interviewer encouraged me to come up with a way to structure the problem rather than only chase answers.

What I found a bit discouraging was the overall competitiveness I sensed from the setup. I got the feeling they interviewed far more people than they had openings, which meant even if you fit the profile well, you still had to deliver at a very high level.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. The hardest part for me wasn’t just solving the case—it was dealing with how much weight they placed on the quality of my reasoning under pressure.
