My first major hurdle was an assessment that felt less like a typical case interview and more like a timed test of how you think under speed.

It ran for about 70 minutes and included a set of structured coding-style questions with a mix of easy through hard levels, emphasizing linear data-structure style problems rather than tree-based work.

The process felt strict and time-pressured, and honestly the pace was the part that got to me. I have dyslexia, so the timing and the need to finish every prompt became a bigger issue than the technical difficulty itself, and I ran out of time before completing the last question.

I didn’t make it to the offer stage, and afterwards the experience left me feeling like the process was optimized
