My interview started with an online assessment, then I went into a workshop that focused specifically on how to approach a case interview.

After that, my first round included two interviews where the flow felt natural and conversational, and the interviewers were genuinely nice.

The pace then shifted as I moved deeper into the process. I had multiple case-style discussions, including a longer “paper” case where I spent a substantial amount of time reading and analyzing documents before doing a formal restitution. It wasn’t just rapid-fire problem solving—I had to manage a long stretch of work and then present my thinking clearly afterward.

Even with the structured prep and the friendly tone early on, I didn’t get an offer.
