Farmington Hills, MIPosted Sep 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview involved a strong mix of people and dialogue.

There were five people in the interview, and everyone got a chance to ask questions, so it didn’t feel like one interviewer dominated the conversation. They got back to me quickly afterward.

The questions weren’t easy, but they were clearly tied to my field of work. When I could connect the questions to my experience, I was able to give solid answers. That balance—challenging but fair—was what made the experience feel more productive than stressful.

Even without an offer, I felt good about how they ran the conversations, and I appreciated that they invited questions back from me too.
