Bosch Software Engineer interview experience

It dragged out from September to May, and I ran into severe miscommunication and administrative errors along the way. I even received a rejection email before an interview, and HR later said it was a mistake.

Scheduling also went off the rails—there was an interview that had to be rescheduled after it had already started. As the final stages approached, the expectations shifted without warning: I was suddenly asked to prepare a presentation right before the final interview, even though earlier in the process I hadn’t been told that would be required.

The onsite experience felt chaotic too.
