My interview was straightforward and focused on my experience and motivation.

They asked me to explain why I wanted to work at the company and walked through my background at a high level.

There wasn’t much sense of a technical gauntlet—this felt like a fit-and-alignment check. The conversation stayed easy to follow and wasn’t trying to trip me up.

I did receive an offer, and looking back, what I took from it was how much weight they put on motivation and clarity rather than only on technical details.
