Bosch Software Engineer interview experience

It mostly reviewed my experience and why I wanted to work there, with a repeated emphasis on my motivations for joining the company.

The questions weren’t presented as technical challenges. Instead, they focused on whether I could clearly articulate what brought me to the role and how my background connected to it.

I didn’t get an offer, but the experience was low-drama and easy to navigate in terms of format. My reflection was that it was less about testing hard skills and more about seeing if I could explain my intent convincingly.
