Waltham, MAPosted Nov 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I came onsite for this one, and it was clear the process was designed to test multiple angles quickly.

It started with a behavioral conversation and introductions with the hiring managers, then I toured the facility, which made the whole thing feel structured rather than purely interview-driven.

After that, the technical side hit hard. I had whiteboard technical questions—two of them—followed by a presentation about my project and past experience. To round everything out, I took a multiple-choice test with about twenty questions.

Overall it felt like a difficult day, and it left me feeling like I was constantly shifting modes—behavioral to hands-on problem solving to explaining prior work
