I had a technical interview where HR and leaders and a manager joined, and most of the questions were closely tied to my projects and to my personal background.

It wasn’t framed as anything surprising or unusually hard.

The difficulty felt easy, and the time together stretched past an hour. The overall impression was that they wanted to see how I connected my experience to the work rather than throw me into tricky puzzles.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience didn’t feel stressful. It was mainly the familiarity of the question style—project-centered and straightforward—that made it go smoothly.
