I interviewed for a Bosch role where the biggest blocker was an English interview stage, and the outcome was unexpectedly fast.

English interview stage — The process started promisingly, but once the interview switched to English I struggled due to accent and limited recent practice; I still answered all questions and understood the importance of English for the role. Outcome: I was disqualified immediately after the interview with little to no constructive feedback, and the takeaway was that communication about next steps can be lacking.
