The process felt smooth from start to finish, and the overall tone matched that—like there was a clear rhythm to how things were handled.

The company culture came through as something they genuinely cared about.

What stood out to me most was the task they gave me. It was interesting and challenging, and I liked that it didn’t feel like a trivia exercise. I also remember appreciating that they discussed a hybrid work model, because it aligned with what I expected.

Afterwards, I was just waiting to hear back. I hadn’t gotten closure yet, so my feeling at the end was hopeful but still uncertain.
