Bosch Rexroth Full Stack Engineer interview experience

From the start, it didn’t give me confidence in the structure, and the panel came across as less capable than I expected. What really stuck with me was that the questions sometimes drifted into topics that weren’t related to the role I was applying for.

I left the experience with a negative impression of how they ran the process overall. Even though interviews can be subjective, this one felt unfair in its judgment, and I didn’t like the way the procedure was handled. There was no offer at the end, and honestly I walked away frustrated rather than motivated.
