Bosch Rexroth Software Engineer interview experience

The first was a recruiter-style introductory chat, and the second was with two developers. What surprised me was how little technical questioning there was overall—at least in my case—since the offer was for an internship and the focus stayed more on general fit and introduction than technical depth. There wasn’t any offer extended after this two-step path.
