I went into the interview expecting something stiff, but what I got was a pretty productive, helpful conversation from the start.

The dialogue felt engaged instead of scripted, and people took the time to talk through what the role would actually involve.

Even though I didn’t end up getting the job, the experience itself stood out because everyone was willing to respond and keep things moving in a real way. I left feeling like I understood more about what they were looking for than I expected to, and honestly that positive tone made the whole process easier to handle than I’ve had with other employers.
