Bloomberg Software Engineer interview experience

After some personal detail, I got pulled into coding questions and managed to get through two of them: one focused on doubly linked lists and another on comparing strings to check whether they were anagrams. The session felt like it expected both correct implementation and a careful understanding of what the solution was doing at each step.

I didn’t get an offer. Even though I moved through the questions I could, the overall difficulty level left me feeling like I needed more time or more margin for error than the format allowed.
