Bloomberg Software Engineer interview experience

The whole thing that stood out was a single DSA coding problem: merging two sorted arrays into one “parent” array. I used the standard two-pointer approach, starting from the right side to fill the destination array, and I finished quickly—around five minutes—after walking through my approach and solution.

After that, I didn’t move forward. What surprised me wasn’t the coding itself, it was how clearly the process hinged on this early round, since I felt solid about how the solution went.
