I went through a recruiter call that came from a career fair connection at my college.

I attended the fair around early fall, and my interview was scheduled a couple months later, around November. The call itself was about 45 minutes.

The main experience here was the wait and the pace—once it started, it felt like a fairly normal recruiter screen rather than a technical gauntlet. I didn’t move forward to an offer, and honestly what stood out most was how long the timeline took from meeting to actually speaking.
