My interview process took about three weeks from when I applied through the company career site to when I finally finished the screening stage.

I had only one round of phone interviewing, and the structure was consistent: a manager and senior developers talked to me, and the vibe was friendly and helpful.

During the call, they guided me into explaining myself, then they asked about the projects I’d worked on and was working on currently. There were also some basic behavioral questions sprinkled in, but most of the discussion stayed anchored to my real experience rather than abstract theory. Since it was a phone screen, it felt efficient—less about timed coding and more about how I communicated technical background and choices.
