I went through a fairly heavy, time-demanding pipeline that started with a phone screen, moved into a technical interview, and then ended with an HR conversation.

The tone wasn’t unfriendly, but the overall process was described to me and felt like it required a lot of preparation.

The technical part was the main challenge—enough that it stood out as “very tough” compared to the lighter behavioral components. I remember needing to be careful about communication too, since English proficiency and presenting in a formal way were treated as important.

I left without an offer, and the biggest impression was how demanding the preparation load felt relative to the interview length and number of stages.
