I started with a recruiter phone call, followed by a timed online assessment that was relevant to the job.

After that, I went into a face-to-face interview with an engineering manager and a regional boss.

The flow felt like a mix of screening and skill evaluation before meeting leadership. I didn’t have to jump straight into anything without context—the assessment came first, then the in-person conversations with senior people. Overall, it landed in the average difficulty range, and the structure felt like they wanted both a technical sense and an understanding of how I’d operate in a broader leadership context.
