Overland Park, KSPosted Mar 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a set of six individual interviews, with one of the sessions happening over lunch.

The overall difficulty felt easy, and the interviews focused heavily on behavioral questions rather than technical depth.

Each conversation was conversational and seemed like interviewers eased into things. They’d ask a handful of questions—usually a few—and then open the door for me to ask questions back. Having time to talk and being able to guide parts of the discussion made the day feel smoother than I expected, and the structure ended up being a lot more about how I think and communicate than how deep I could go on technical topics.
