PunePosted May 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process began with resume shortlisting, and then I went into interviews that felt organized and friendly.

I had a technical interview at the Pune office, followed by an HR interview online. Even though there was a technical step, the overall experience felt great.

The best part was how approachable everyone was. People around me—especially the more senior professionals—were open to talk and share their experience, which made it easier to have a real conversation instead of feeling like I was being evaluated in a hostile way. I walked away feeling like I’d had a positive run-through from start to finish, even with the expectation that the technical portion would require real focus.
