I interviewed through a campus process spanning two touches with Birlasoft, and it felt overall good but didn’t result in an offer.

Online test — it went smoothly and served as the initial filter.
Group discussion (GD) — for the selected students, focused on communication and participation.
Technical interview — followed GD and covered my background.
HR round — wrapped up the process; recruiters felt nice and soft spoken. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer, but the experience was friendly—being prepared for each stage still mattered.
