NoidaPosted May 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced an HR-led scheduling and salary sequence, with two technical discussions followed by an HR executive compensation chat in late May 2024.

Recruiter/Hr screen & scheduling — A call to set up my technical discussion.
Technical discussions (2 rounds) — I went through two technical rounds as part of the scheduled flow.
HR executive round — After the two technical rounds, I met an HR executive for salary discussion. Outcome: No offer, and the overall feel was administrative and repetitive, but clearly centered on getting to a final compensation conversation.
