PunePosted Feb 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an on-campus style BirlaSoft loop where rounds moved quickly, combining aptitude/GD with technical and then HR/manager discussions, and it felt easy overall.

Aptitude test — I started with an aptitude screen (quant/verbal basics).
GD (same day) — I participated in a group discussion as part of the campus shortlisting.
Technical round (office/in-person) — I was asked technical questions tied to my projects and core programming fundamentals.
Managerial round — I was asked about how I’d manage my time, including comfort with shifts.
HR round — HR handled standard “about you” style questions and role/company fit. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, but the overall difficulty felt low and the flow was relatively smooth.
