I interviewed for Software Engineer with average difficulty and a two-part structure where technical depth was followed by a more project/implementation-oriented discussion.

Technical round — core concepts plus coding skill evaluation.
Techno-managerial round — questions about projects and how I implemented solutions, along with extra technical probing.
Project/tool walk-through (format variation) — I also experienced an intro where I explained the project, tools used, and my programming and QA fundamentals. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and my takeaway was that they tested not just concepts, but also how I applied them in real projects.
