PunePosted Jun 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I followed a longer but fairly standard campus-style flow with resume shortlist, an aptitude test, technical basics, and then HR expectations for salary and location in June 2023.

Resume short list — Initial filtering.
Aptitude test — Verbal/analytical/logical style questions.
Technical round — Introduction-style discussion covering C/C++ basics, Java, MySQL and OOPs concepts like interfaces; questions on final-year project.
HR round — Communication skills, why hire me, location and salary expectations. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that clearly articulating project details plus HR expectation answers was essential.
