I interviewed for the Software Engineer role with an average-to-difficult feel depending on the round, and I experienced a consistent pattern of technical evaluation followed by HR.

Technical round (DBMS / core concepts) — I was asked about DBMS and related technical topics.
Manager/technical leadership round (scenario + depth, where applicable) — I handled a management-level scenario and prevention/solution thinking, though one interviewer questioned aspects like communication.
HR round — HR covered basics of HR questions (and in another case the process also separated HR from technical). Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and my takeaway was that performance wasn’t only about correctness—it also included communication and fit signals.
