I interviewed in a fast, mostly programming-focused flow over a single day, with an average difficulty feel and no offer.

Machine / coding test — multiple programs where I had to show outputs.
Technical interview — more programming questions; they also probed reasoning around how I approach solutions.
Managerial / process-technical round — discussion about process and some technical decision-making.
HR interview — salary discussion and overall alignment. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, but the takeaway was that being able to correctly run through programming-output style tasks quickly mattered a lot.
