Navi MumbaiPosted Feb 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a more demanding three-round technical-to-HR journey where project-based discussion and leadership expectations were explicitly part of the process in February 2024.

Technical round (skill fit) — Questions matched to my specific technical skill set.
Technical round with lead/manager — Deeper discussion tied to my project and experience, plus more general questions.
HR round (salary/job/company) — Focus on compensation, job role, and company details. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that the lead/manager round required clear, structured project storytelling.
